A package of several different tickets for various events that cannot be purchased separately.

1.3         Event ID
A seven-digit identification number of the event sold.

1.4         Internet reservation

1.7         Service voucher
A voucher which authorises the holder to use the service associated with a visit to a specific event and which is designed for one-off use. Depending on a sales channel, the customer may receive graphically different types of service vouchers. The validity of all service vouchers issued in the SAZKA TICKET sales network is identical, and does not change with the graphics design of those service vouchers.

1.8         SAZKA TICKET sales network
A central system operated by SAZKA a.s., primarily supporting the reservation and sales of tickets through individual sales channels (points of sale of SAZKA a.s., the www.sazkaticket.cz Web portal, the call centre of SAZKA a.s., and the authorised sales outlets of SAZKA a.s.) for specific events. SAZKA a.s., reserves the right to allow the reservation and sales of tickets for specific events through selected sales channels only.

1.9         Reservation
Confirmation of a temporary reservation of tickets ordered via terminal in a point of sale of SAZKA a.s. The reservation specifies customer’s request, includes event details: information on the venue and time of the event, information on the ticket(s) offered, a barcode and a numerical code of the terminal reservation assigned by the system (a 20-digit number), and the total price the customer will pay if the customer decides to print (buy) the ticket(s). The reservation is limited in time, as specified on the confirmation (15 minutes). After the elapse of this period, the reservation automatically expires, or it may be cancelled by the operator prior to the expiration.

1.10      Point of sale of SAZKA sázková kancelář, a.s.
A sales outlet of SAZKA a.s., equipped with a terminal. The terminals are installed mainly at the counters of the Česká Pošta post offices and at newsagent and tobacconist shops, in the networks of fuel stations and retail chains, in supermarkets and hypermarkets. 1.16      Ticket slip
A slip that is designed for the reservation of tickets at the points of sale of SAZKA a.s., or for the payment for tickets booked at www.sazkaticket.cz at points of sale of SAZKA a.s.

TICKET SALES VIA SAZKA TERMINALS

1.  Service description

1.1         For the purposes of this section of the Business Terms and Conditions, the service is considered to be the sales of tickets for sporting and cultural or other events through the terminals of SAZKA a.s., (hereinafter referred to as the “service”).

1.2         The provision of this service can be ordered at a point of sale of SAZKA a.s., equipped with a terminal. For that purpose, the request for the desired tickets must be communicated to the terminal operator, either in the form of a completed ticket slip or by specifying the ID of the desired event (a seven-digit identification number), and the appropriate amount of money must be paid in cash.

1.3         Up to 5 tickets (ticket packages) per event and price category may be ordered through the service on one reservation.

1.4         The system is set insofar that the customer is always offered the best available ticket at the desired price point. Customers are not free to choose specific seats in the auditorium; they can only choose the price category and, if applicable, the sector. If more than one ticket (2-5) is requested, the system primarily offers tickets to adjoining seats. Only if there are not enough adjoining vacant seats available, the system will offer separate seats.

2. Terminal reservation

2.1         To order the service (hereinafter referred to as the “order”) in this way, the ticket slip is used. The customer is obliged to complete the ticket slip according to the detailed instructions given on the reverse of the ticket slip, using solely a blue or black ball-point pen.

2.2         After completing the ticket, the customer is obliged to check the entered data for accuracy and completeness. The ticket slip does not serve as confirmation that the service has been rendered.

2.3         The customer will hand over the completed ticket slip, which includes the event ID (a seven-digit identification number), to the terminal operator. The terminal operator will load the ticket slip into the terminal for further processing.

2.4         By handing over a completed ticket slip or giving the event ID to the terminal operator, the customer undertakes to follow the rules set forth herein.

2.5         On the basis of the completed ticket slip or the communicated event ID, the terminal operator shall inform the customer about the available price points of the desired event including any available discounts and, if applicable, offer the customer a choice of sectors.

2.6         If the system accepts customer's order, the terminal will print a reservation certificate with the exact specification of the seats offered (for seated tickets) including the total price of the ticket(s). This reservation certificate shall be handed over by the terminal operator to the customer. When giving the reservation certificate to the customer, the terminal operator will show the customer the layout plan of the event venue, if available.

2.7         The terminal reservation validity is limited in time. For the indicated validity period (15 minutes), the reservation guarantees the customer the ticket(s) offered. Afterwards, the draft ticket will no longer be valid.

3. Sales of ticket(s) from terminal reservation

3.1         The reservation certificate shall be handed over by the customer, along with the relevant amount of money, to the terminal operator, who will load the draft ticket into the terminal (by scanning it with a barcode reader).

3.2         If the system accepts the reservation, the terminal will print the valid ticket(s) or voucher.

3.3         Once the customer receives the ticket(s) or voucher, the customer is obliged to check the printed data for accuracy. If the customer raises an immediate complaint, the ticket(s) or voucher about which the complaint was raised will be cancelled via the terminal and the customer will be refunded the money paid. If cancelling the ticket(s) or voucher about which a complaint was raised is technically impossible, a procedure according to the Complaint Rules for the SAZKA TICKET Network shall apply.

3.4         The ticket can be used as a simplified tax document pursuant to applicable law if the event organiser is a VAT payer.
