Basic information

  • The tickets can be bought at more than 6 000 sales points, at the Sazka collection points in the Czech Republic.
  • The collection points equipped with on-line terminals can be found at the post offices of Česká pošta, in newspaper and tobacco shops, in gas stations and shopping chains and on other places.
  • Central system is available for sales of tickets every day always from 1:15 a.m., while the working hours of the single sales points is determined by the respective operators. The systems makes it possible to the customer to buy the tickets directly - it is preceded by so called ticket proposal and payment for the tickets reserved by Internet on www.sazkaticket.cz.  

Terminal booking

  • To buy the tickets by this way it is necessary to know ID number of the respective action (this number is added to the the action presented on these pages, or at the terminal operator). ID of the action must be filled in the fied “New booking” on the ticket order.
  • 5 tickets can be booked for the same action as the maximum - in the same price category.
  • In case of seats it t is not possible to choose the specific sector nor the specific seat out of the actual offer at the sales point, however, the system offers the customer the best seat available for the selected price level.
  • When purchasing some additional seats, e.g. 7 seats (i.e. 5 plus 2 seats) it is very probable that the seats offered in the next booking by terminal (the additional 2 tickets) are not placed next to the 5 seats booked before.
  • Terminal booking, so called ticket order, is valid only for the next 15 minutes.
  • Unpaid ticket booking is cancelled automatically and the tickets are returned for sale

Internet booking

  • Ticket booking made by Internet is valid until 11:59 p.m. of the following calendar
  • Internet booking No. must be filled in the field “Existing booking” on the ticket order.


Detailed instructions

Terminal booking

  • Find out the identification number (ID) of the event, which can be found, alongside with other information about the relevant event, on the portal www.sazkaticket.cz, or in the promotion materials of the organizer of the event. You may also ask the operator of the terminal to print a list of offered events, including their IDs and price categories.
  • Advise the terminal operator of the event's ID or fill in a ticket slip. Tick the field “New booking” in the upper half of the ticket slip. Insert the seven-digit identification number (ID) of the event and strike the relevant number fields.
  • Make a selection from the price offer, including discounts (if any) offered for the required event and inform the operator about the number of admission tickets you wish to book (up to the maximum of 5 tickets per one reservation in the same price category).
  • It is not possible to select specific seats in the hall, but only to select the price level. The system is set up to offer to the customer at all times the best free seat for the selected price level.
  • The terminal will print a draft ticket (temporary booking confirmation). The draft ticket is valid for a limited period of time specified in it (15 minutes). After the expiry of such period, the ticket will automatically expire, or can be cancelled by the terminal operator.
  • The draft ticket specifies the customer's request, details of the event, aily akce: information about the place and time of the event, about the offered seats, the bar and the numerical terminal booking code allocated by the system system (a twenty-digit number) and the total price to be paid by the customer if he decides to purchase the ticket(s).
  • Please check carefully the draft ticket.
  • If you wish to purchase (print) the ticket(s), hand the draft ticket together with the relevant cash amount over to the operator of the terminal.
  • The customer is obligated to control the accuracy of the printed data immediately after receipt of the ticket(s). Any later complaints will be disregarded.
  • An admission ticket printed from an on-line terminal is a fully valid ticket, which entitles you to attend the event. The ticket can serve as a simplified tax document under applicable laws if the organizer of the event is a VAT payer.

Internet booking
  • Book the tickets on the website www.sazkaticket.cz. Fill in the ticket slip. Check the field “Existing reservation” in the lower part of the ticket slip, insert the twelve-digit booking number created on the portal www.sazkaticket.cz and strike the relevant number fields. If you book seats for a single event or within one reservation in different price categories or if you book tickets for several events, use a new ticket slip for each booking
  • The customer is obligated to control the accuracy of the printed data immediately after receipt of the ticket(s). Any later complaints will be disregarded.
  • An admission ticket printed from an on-line terminal is a fully valid ticket entitled to attend the event. The ticket may serve as a simplified tax document under applicable laws if the organizer of the event is a VAT payer.
